HR and Talent Consultant
As a true generalist, you’ll be:
Partnering with business owners and directors (actual decision makers).
Providing high quality, responsive HR support services to your clients.
Developing relationship with clients and identifying up-sell opportunities.
Advising and managing employee relations and change management processes.
Coordinating recruitment processes and effective on-boarding programmes.
Developing and implementing performance management procedures.
Managing the implementation of our partner HR systems.
Supporting and coaching managers to deal with people issues.
Preparing HR documentation such as contracts of employment, policies and procedures.
Assisting with any HR administration needs.
As a subject matter expert in Reward, Learning & Development, Organisational Design, Change Management or Employee Relations, you will:
Provide high quality advice and support to our Generalist Consultants
Manage projects directly with clients, developing relationships and identifying up-sell opportunities
Contributing to People Strategies and Plans and overseeing the planning and delivery of these in partnership with the Generalist Consultants.
What do you need to succeed?
Experience and confidence. You’ll be used to advising on a broad range of HR issues, including employee relations.
Commercial acumen. You’ll be used to solving people management challenges to meet business needs
and looking for opportunities to promote our other services,Self-motivated. You’ll be working flexibly and remotely from the team, but with regular contact.
Excellent attention to detail and written communication skills.
Professional manner and credibility. Your interpersonal style fits with our culture and you’re great at building relationships.
Passion. For delivering a high level of customer service and to achieve your goals.
